Syven and Tori always dreamed of having a family, but as a transgender couple, they weren’t sure what was possible. Both transitioned at a young age, and when they realized Syven, who was assigned female at birth, could carry a child, they embraced the opportunity to grow their family.

Welcoming Their Children

Now, their love is reflected in their two children—one-year-old Prophet and one-month-old Wynter. Their journey to parenthood was filled with excitement but also met with mixed reactions. Some people celebrated their story, while others doubted or questioned their ability to be parents. Through it all, Syven and Tori stayed focused on providing their children with a home full of love and acceptance.
Navigating Challenges and Judgment

Being a pregnant transgender man brought unexpected hurdles. Medical visits often led to confusion, requiring patience and self-advocacy. Outside of doctors' offices, they faced skepticism from strangers, highlighting how deeply traditional gender norms are ingrained in society. Still, Syven and Tori never wavered, knowing that love—not outdated perceptions—defines a family.
Strength in Support

Through every challenge, their family and close friends stood by them. That support system helped them push through the tough moments and reminded them that acceptance and encouragement can make all the difference. With a strong foundation, they’ve been able to navigate parenthood with confidence and joy.
Championing Change and Acceptance

Syven and Tori hope that by sharing their story, they can help create a world where all parents—regardless of gender identity—are respected. They advocate for better medical awareness and more inclusive conversations about what it means to be a family. Parenthood isn’t about fitting into a mold—it’s about love, commitment, and raising happy, healthy children.
